When most buyers go into home search mode - they may end up with 50+ listings to see. Naturally, that's too many houses to look at if you're limited on time! I can help you to narrow your search down to 20-25 houses, keeping these things in mind:

Send me two lists a few days before arriving: One should be of things you must have. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house can't fulfill your basic needs, we can eliminate it from the list.
Know your budget. If you are going to get a home loan, secure your pre-approved amount in advance so we can eliminate homes beyond your budget.
Consider drive time to your job or other interests. Traffic around Grand Prairie could be different than what you're accustomed to, so let me know how much time you're ready to spend travelling each day.

Before we meet in person, I could send you recommendations for possible homes. Or you might already have some strong possibilities you could share with me based on your own research. While virtual tours and photos are helpful, there's nothing like walking through homes in person. Let me set up any necessary appointments and map a route. We could tour up to 8 or 10 homes in a single day if we work efficiently.
